Very helpful seminar on career/job deveolpment and followups

Thanks to Frank Tang, Director of Community Communication of MMA, for organizing the seminar. It was held at and presented by Inter-Cultural Neighborhood Social Services (ICNSS) (Mississauga). Mr. Zhao, Charles, a friendly Mandarin speaking Employment Consultant of ICNSS helped arrange for the seminar and invited his colleague, a bright and knowledgeable lady Ms. Annette Mitchell, the Coordinator/Workshop Facilitator of ICNSS, as the main speaker. The presentations were excellent and their effort is greatly appreciated.
It turned out to be a very successful and information intensive seminar. It attracted about 30 attendees and I
personally felt that is what new comers really need in seeking good jobs. ICNSS is an important services center
funded by government and United Way. The following services probably are  the most needed for new comers
among others:
(1) They provide one to one employment consulting and also employment information in various job markets.
Interested please contact with Mr. Zhao, Charles at 905-273-6720 Ext.. 215,
(2) English training for workplace ---powerful career-focused courses. Classes starts November 22, 1999. Everyday for three months. Free of charge. To enroll or for more details please contact with Pierre Yuen at 905-273-4884 ext.. 232
ICNSS Open House to introduce their new services and expanded facilities: November 25, 1999 2:00pm-7:00pm.
